Monitoring and Evaluation
The Southill Area Centre Community Youth Work Project recognise the importance of reviewing and evaluating its practice on a regular basis so as to ensure achievement of the Goals and Objectives described in its Strategic Plan. The following Monitoring and Evaluation Process will be implemented during the life of the plan.
Annual Implementation Plan
The Strategic Plan will be delivered through Annual Implementation Plans that describe how the Goals and Objectives will be achieved, who will have responsibility for each aspect of the plan, and provide performance indicators against which the work of the project will be measured. This plan will be reviewed at team meetings on a monthly basis to ensure progress towards achievements.
Annual Review
Each year, the Implementation Plan will be subject to an in depth review to assess the effectiveness of the work, how it fits with the strategic plan, and to assess whether significant changes are required due to changing circumstance or emerging issues. Where possible, the review will be supported by independent consultation.
End of Plan Evaluation
Finally, at the end of the three year term for the Strategic Plan, a full external evaluation of the work of the Southill Area Centre Community Youth Work Project will be conducted, involving a review of work undertaken and consultation with all relevant stakeholders. The Evaluation will provide recommendations for the future development of the Project.
